Shipment Confirmations:
All orders will have tracking information sent via e-mail once the shipment has been processed. Tracking will become active within 24 hours on the carrier's site. Contact our support team if you need help tracking your order.

Shipping Policy:

• We currently ship to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii) and Puerto Rico. No international shipping.

• While we strive to ship same-day, there is no guarantee. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–14 business days of payment.

• Business hours for processing: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Weekends and holidays are not included.

• Shipping carriers include UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Rates shown are estimates and may be adjusted upon final processing.

• Standard shipping is used unless expedited service is requested. Delivery times are 7–14 business days depending on location and do not include the day of shipment.

• Some products may be shipped directly from suppliers or manufacturers.

• Orders are shipped without signature requirement. If you need a signature for delivery, include a note at checkout (additional fee applies).

• Mantovani Grounds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Delivery & Transit Times:
Estimated shipping times are based on time of order, location, and carrier capacity. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, holidays, or external factors.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Final:
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Quality Assurance:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue via replacement or refund.

Are your products organic?
While we are not USDA-certified organic, we use high-quality, natural, and homegrown ingredients with no harsh chemicals or synthetic fragrances.

Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled or modified after being processed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Exceptions:
In rare cases (e.g., shipping the wrong item), we will replace or refund the item if it’s still in original packaging. Contact us within 3 days of receipt.

First-Time Customers:
Returns may be considered on unused, unopened items on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to discuss your situation.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages:
Customers are responsible for reshipment costs if an address was incorrect or a shipment was unclaimed and returned.
